1- Return Window

• You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order.
• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at regalstrader0@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2- Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions

3- Refunds and Exchanges

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped as soon as the return is approved and processed.

4- Return Shipping Costs

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for regular returns (e.g., size, preference)
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method

5- Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the full return shipping cost and offer either:

A full refund, or

• A free replacement or exchange, based on your preference
• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos and a description of the issue.
